The answer to your question is "Monkey see Monkey run towards _________", clearly, not questioning the logic given is the best way to handle this." The knight mutters "ugh, how is any without an ultimate mind capable of solving such a riddle with the present information". The sage says "True, perhaps "I would gladly pay you Tuesday for a ham today" is a better hint".
