Riddle:
At the dinner party were Lady Winslow, Doctor Marcolla, Countess Contree, Madam Natsiou, and Baroness Finch. The women sat in a row. They all woere different colors and Baroness Finch wore a jaunty purple hat. Madam Natsiou was at the far left, next to the guest wearing a red jacket. The lady in blue sat left of someone in white. I remember that blue outfit because the woman spilled her run all over it. The traveler from Dunwall was dressed entirely in green. When on of the dinner guests bragged about her War Medal, the woman next to her said they were finer in Dunwall, where she lived. So Countess Contee showed off a prized ring, at which the lady from Baleton scoffed, saying it was no match for her Snuff Tin. Someone else carried a valuable Bird Pendant and when she saw it, the visitor from Fraeport next to her almost spilled her neighbor's whiskey. Lady Winslow raised her absinthe in toast. The lady from Karnaca, full of wine, jumped up onto the table, falling onto the guest in the center seat, sipping the poor woman's beer. Then Doctor Marcolla captivated them all with a story about her wild youth in Dabokva. In the morning, there were four heirlooms under the table: the War medal, Diamond, the Snuff Tin, and the Bird Pendant. You have to know what row the women were sitting in (far left, left, center, right, far right) and what heirloom they each had. Who owned each?

Riddle:
A poor, elderly woman lived alone with her dog. One day she noticed her dog appeared to be very hungry, so she went to her food storage area where she kept her dishes and cups, to search for food to serve to him. She was surprised to find she had no food whatsoever for either herself or her dog ------ not even so much as a bone to serve to her starving pet. And so, neither she nor her dog had anything to eat. How often had these same circumstances occurred to this lady and her pet? Why had no one called Senior Services or the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (S.P.C.A.) to report these dreadful conditions? Incidentally, do you happen to know this woman's last name?
Answer: Her last name was Hubbard. Old Mother Hubbard went to her cupboard to get her poor dog a bone....
