Riddle:
Two girls were walking in the forest. It started raining very hard, so they took shelter in a nearby hut. When it stopped raining, they went out to look for food. The first girl went straight, and the second girl went left. The first girl found an apple tree, so she took a bite out of an apple. She was turned into an apple tree. The second girl didn't find anything, so she went to find her friend. When she got to the apple trees, a voice said, "Your friend has been turned into an apple tree. You have one guess to figure out which one is her, or she will be stuck as a tree forever." The second girl immediately knew which tree was her friend. How did she know?
Answer: It had recently rained so her friend was the only tree that wasn’t wet.
Riddle:
I have one eye but I still can't see. I can surf all day without the sea. I let you know what your friends have to say and I will wake you up every day. What I'm I?
Riddle:
Looking for something? Open me. I'm sure that something inside of me lies. Of course, you can always find hope in me (Though despair must come first; and later, surprise), What's sought, though, depends on the seeker - One looks for bobbin; another, for beaker; Others, for nature; still others, for nurture - The quarry will vary from searcher to searcher. And yet (I suspect this will strike you as strange), My contents are set and will not ever change. If you cannot still guess what I mean, here's a clue: The answer - what I mean - lies inside of me, too. What am I?
Riddle:
What is something that you have but you can't touch, you can change whenever you want and you use it every day but never have seen me? What am I?
Riddle:
I may be right in front of you, And you will never know, But when I reveal myself your trust in me will go, And you will feel none apart from woe. What am I?
