Riddle: A man wants to watch some TV, but the TV won't turn on with the remote. There's no power button on the TV, so he can't turn it on with the monitor. But 5 minutes later, he's happily watching TV. What happened and what did he do?
Answer: The TV was unplugged, so he plugged it back in.
Riddle: There is a man who can make a cigarette out of 4 cigarette butts. After he makes them, he smokes them. Today, he found 16 butts. How many cigarettes can he make?
Answer: 5. Remember how I said he liked to smoke them? When he smoked the 4 cigarettes, they turned into butts, and he made another cigarette.
Riddle: You have 3 packages of Hostess CupCakes, 2 packages of Donettes, and 1 package of Zingers. How many individual desserts is that?
Answer: Okay, first of all, you REALLY got to know your desserts. CupCakes come in a package of 2, so 2 x 3 = 6. Donettes come in a package of 6, so 6 + 6 + 6 = 18. Zingers come in a package of 3, so 18 + 3 = 21. Total desserts: 21!
