Question: As I was going to a Halloween Party
I met a man with seven wives
Every wife had seven sacks
Every sack had seven cats
Every cat had seven kits
We traded bits
Each cat, sack, wife, and he
Took a kit. The rest for me.
So now I have a kit supply.
How many kits did I just buy?
Answer: The kits in this fine piece of lore
Are seven to the power four.
Each cat takes one, maternally,
Or seven to the power three.
The sacks, as must be clear to you,
Hold seven to the power two.
The wives, to have a bit of fun,
Pet seven to the power one.
And last, our multi-mated hero
Has seven to the power zero.
When added up, the number shared
Becomes precisely twenty squared.
So after the subtraction's done
You still retain two thousand one.
And so it turns out to be
The start of one more odyssey.

Question: A group of campers have been on vacation so long, that they?ve forgotten the day of the week. The following conversation ensues.
Darryl: What?s the day? I don?t think it is Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
Tracy: Well that doesn?t narrow it down much. Yesterday was Sunday.
Melissa: Yesterday wasn?t Sunday, tomorrow is Sunday.
Ben: The day after tomorrow is Saturday.
Adrienne: The day before yesterday was Thursday.
Susie: Tomorrow is Saturday.
David: I know that the day after tomorrow is not Friday.
If only one person?s statement is true, what day of the week is it?
Answer: It is Wednesday. If it was any other day of the week, more than one statement would be true. To solve the riddle, evaluate each person?s statement and write down what day it could be according to the statement. David?s statement indicates it could be any day of the week except for Wednesday. When you list the days that it could be according to everyone?s statement, it turns out Wednesday is the day mentioned only one time.

Question: A two men walk into a resturant by the sea and sit at the bar. Both men are covered in water. Both men order a plate of Albatross and take one bite. After chewing and swallowing, the first man stands up, walks outside, and shoots himself, while the other finnishes his meal. Why?
Answer: The two men were stranded out in the ocean with a third man when they were beginning to stave. When an albatross landed on their life boat and died they finally had food but it was not enough to feed all three of them. They drew straws and the looser was killed and eaten. They mixed up the human meat and the albatross meat so neither person would know what they were eating.
After being rescued, the friends went to eat real Albatross and the man who killed himself realized that he was the one that ate his friend.
