Riddle: There is a man who lives on the 40th floor of an appartment building, on rainy days he takes the elevator to the 40th, but on sunny days he takes the elevator to the 20th floor and walks the rest of the way up the stairs to the 40th floor.

Answer: He is a midjet and on rainy days he can use his umprella to poke the button to go to the 40th floor, but on sunny days he does not have his umbrella so he can only reach the 20th floor button.
