Riddle: Something must be wrong with my little digitle clock. This morning I knew the correct time was well before 11 o’clock, yet the time on the dial was as shown below:

I then looked at it again nearly two hours later and the time display was again incorrect, or so I thought.

Some time later I felt rather silly, but at the same time relieved that there was nothing wrong with my alarm clock.
What was the explanation?

Answer: I had to put the clock upside down . The time shown of 12:01 was, in fact, 10:21, and the time of 11:21 was 12:11
