The Elevator

Riddle: a guy lives in a hotel on the 11th floor and all of a sudden, he gets a phone call from his friend, saying to meet him in the lobby. so he goes takes the elevator to the lobby. He met his friend and decided to go outside. then it started raining so the friend goes home. the guy decides to go back to his room so he takes takes the elevator to the 7th floor and then he walks up 4 flights of stairs. why didn't he just take the elevator to the 11th floor???
Answer: he wuz a dwarf and if he had an umbrella, he would be able to reach the 11th floor button
