Tower Block

Riddle: A man lives on floor 24 of a tower block. Every day he takes the lift down to go to work. When he comes home he takes the lift up to floor 20 but walks the rest of the way to 24. But when it's raining he takes the lift straight to room 24.

Answer: he is to small to reach the 24th button but when it's raining he has his umbrella to reach it for him.
