Elevator

Riddle: A man who lives on the 30th floor of an apartment goes all the way down to the 1st floor on an elevator. However, he only goes up to the 15th floor, then walks the rest of the way on the stairs. But when it rains, he rides up to the 30th floor. Why does he do that?
Answer: He can't because he's short(He can't reach the 30th botton but uses the umbrella to press the 30th botton when it rains)......
