Riddle: A man colored in white walks into a building expecting everyone to be good. A man colored in yellow walks into the same building expecting everyone to bow down to him. The two men see each other and begin to banter about their ideals. Now there is a third man, colored in grey, who can not enter the building. The bantering men notice the third man colored in grey and stop. At that very moment, the man in grey could not be seen. Why? Answer: The three colors in the riddle represent three kinds of people. The white represents someone that is pure and is oblivious to the world, as stated in the riddle, “he expects everyone to be good”. The man in yellow is one who was spoiled throughout his life, being very rich. This is represented by the fact that he wanted everyone to bow to him. The man in grey never existed to begin with. He only existed once the two men with differing opinions began to banter. It was a good versus money stance. The grey man could not enter the building because the grey represented haziness or a moral decay of people. This is why he could not enter the civilized building. Once the two ideals stopped clashing, the moral decay disappeared. That is why the man in grey disappeared.
